Acceptance criteria examples:

• URL of the webform where recipients consent to receiving SMS/MMS. The webform clearly states or links to the privacy statement

• URL of a privacy policy page from your organization that contains the privacy statement.

• URL of a social media page (Facebook, Instagram) that has the privacy statement.

• URL to a photo of the privacy statement for applicable scenarios (i.e. employee’s handbook).

I understand that if my website accepts phone numbers that the submission form must include a link to the Privacy Policy.

• My Privacy Policy indicates what information is being collected, how it is used, and how users can opt-out.
• My Privacy Policy clearly states that mobile phone contact information will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
